How do I buy from you wholesale?

Can I buy herbs online?

No. Herbs are perishable goods and it's difficult to ensure their lasting quality when shipped in the mail. At this time, we only offer hydrosols and essential oils online.

 

Is everything you sell organic?

Yes, absolutely! We are proud to be a 100% USDA-certified organic company.

 

Can I visit Spring Thyme Herb Farm?

We are a wholesale farm and not open to the public, but you're welcome to visit our Instagram and Facebook pages!

 

 How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are and whether or not your order is customized. In general, orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive in the continental US. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

 

Can I return my order?

Because we deal with perishable products we are unable to accept any returns. To protect our customers, we are unable to restock an item after it has left our farm.

If there is any problem with an order you place or receive please contact us. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any damaged shipment. We insure our shipments and will send a replacement if possible or offer a store credit or refund.
